Welcome to Glimm: Expense Track Pro ("Glimm", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Glimm mobile application (the "App") available on iOS and Android platforms. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Glimm, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Glimm: Expense Track Pro is a personal finance and expense tracking application that allows users to record, categorize, and analyze their personal expenses. The App is provided free of charge and is available for download on Android and iOS devices.
The App includes, but is not limited to, the following features:
- Logging and categorizing personal expenses
- Viewing expense summaries and analytics
- Optional location tagging for expense entries
- User authentication via Firebase, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In
- Data storage and synchronization via Firebase
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account using a supported authentication method, including Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or Firebase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at sudonote@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
4. User Conduct
You agree that you will NOT use the App to:
- ✕ Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- ✕ Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- ✕ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
- ✕ Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code into the App
- ✕ Collect or harvest data about other users without their consent
- ✕ Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Glimm and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
6. Location Data
The App may request access to your device's location to allow you to tag expenses with geographic information. Location access is entirely optional.
If you grant location permission, your location data is used only within the App to enhance your expense entries and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Glimm does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The financial information and expense data displayed within the App are for personal tracking purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glimm and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Since the App is currently free of charge, our total liability shall not exceed USD $0.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and may provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Since the App is made available globally, specific jurisdictional laws may apply based on your country of residence.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation, then by binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to your location.
